HI, if a patient is presenting with skin ischaemia and the three recommended steps prove incomplete, the documentation recommends a prescriber prescribe 75mg of Asprin for 6 days, where as if resolution appears complete, it is recommended 75mg for 14 days.....is it supposed to be the other way around?

You'd need to let us know which protocol you're using for this as I agree - what you're saying doesn't make sense.

In any case- the recommended treatment no longer involves aspirin - just high dose hyalase - see our update from last year here:
